Use of the Facilities
All areas are used at your own risk. Please observe the safety and conduct instructions displayed throughout the premises. The use of non-slip bathing shoes is strongly recommended. If you have any medical conditions, circulation problems or concerns about whether sauna use is suitable for you, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
Clothing-Free Policy, Clothing & Footwear
Achilleus is a clothing-free sauna. Swimwear, shorts, underwear, jockstraps, thongs and any other clothing covering the genital area are not permitted in the public areas of the venue.
Towels, bathrobes and clean bathing shoes are permitted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, high heels, boots and all outdoor or leisure footwear are not permitted inside the venue.
Consideration & Conduct
Achilleus stands for relaxation, wellness and respectful encounters. Aggressive behaviour, harassment, excessive noise, shouting, loud music and telephone calls using a loudspeaker are not permitted. Please treat other guests and our staff with respect.
Lockers, Luggage & Valuables
Use of Lockers
Please keep clothing, bags and personal belongings securely locked inside your locker. We accept no liability for clothing, valuables or lost property. Your chip wristband must be worn on your wrist throughout your entire visit.
Bags, Backpacks & Suitcases
Bags, backpacks, suitcases and other luggage may not be taken into the venue.
We can store smaller items of hand luggage at reception without accepting liability. However, we cannot store large or bulky travel luggage. Please arrange alternative storage before your visit.
Shopping bags, food, drinks crates, boxes, deliveries or similar items cannot be accepted for storage.
For safety reasons, bags, backpacks and other luggage may not be taken into the wellness, sauna or cruising areas.
Loss & Damage
A security charge of €50.00 applies if a chip wristband is lost. Damage to lockers or locks will be charged to the responsible guest.
Privacy & Smartphones
No Photography or Recording
To protect the privacy of all guests, photography and video or audio recordings are prohibited throughout the entire venue.
Smartphones & Electronic Devices
Smartphones, smartwatches and other electronic devices may only be used silently in the bar or TV area. Electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the wet areas, cruising areas and changing rooms.
Sauna & Encounters
Men’s Sauna
Achilleus is a sauna for men, focused on wellness, relaxation and encounters between men. During selected UNISEX events, guests of all genders are welcome.
Towels & Hygiene
The genital area must be covered with a towel in the bar area. Please maintain cleanliness and good hygiene throughout the venue.
Sexual Activity
Sexual activity is not permitted in the bar area, whirlpool, entrance area, changing rooms, on the terrace, in the toilets or in the Finnish sauna.
Bar, Smoking & Exclusion
Outside Food & Drinks
Bringing your own food or drinks into the venue is not permitted. Food and drinks are available from our bar.
Alcohol
In cases of excessive alcohol consumption, we reserve the right to refuse further service of alcoholic drinks.
Smoking
Smoking, e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products are permitted only on the terrace on the first floor.
Refusal of Admission & Exclusion
We reserve the right to refuse admission or require guests to leave the premises. This applies in particular in cases involving violence, threats, drug use, drug dealing, theft, vandalism, prostitution, failure to pay, severe intoxication caused by alcohol or drugs, inadequate hygiene or an existing ban from the premises. Admission fees, vouchers and 10-Visit Passes will not be refunded in such cases.
Cleaning, Damage & Additional Information
Cleaning Charges
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for soiling caused intentionally or negligently outside the toilet areas. The amount charged will depend on the extent of the cleaning required. A minimum charge of €300.00 applies if the whirlpool is contaminated.
Admission & Charges
The admission price must be paid upon entry. Only the prices displayed at reception are binding.
Closures & Technical Issues
Individual areas may be temporarily closed for cleaning, maintenance or because of technical faults. This does not entitle guests to a reduction of the admission price.
Events
Events and special events may be changed or cancelled for organisational reasons.
